This Privacy Policy explains how Dating Help AI ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use our browser-based AI dating tools. It is written to reflect the current public product model as of September 23, 2026.
1. Current product model
Dating Help AI currently offers browser-based public tools for reply suggestions, opener generation, profile review, and pickup-line inspiration. Visitors can complete one successful generation per UTC day without an account. Signing in is required for additional generations that day, and no payment is currently required.
2. Information you submit directly
You may choose to submit information such as:
- Screenshots of dating app conversations or profiles
- Text that you paste into a tool for analysis
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, when you sign in
- Messages you send to us by email
3. How uploaded screenshots and conversation text are handled
Uploaded screenshots and pasted text are processed to generate the requested result for the current request.
- Request-based processing: uploads are used to generate the current reply, opener, or profile analysis
- No persistent user-content account storage: Under the current public workflow, uploaded screenshots and pasted text are not stored as persistent account content tied to a saved user account.
- AI provider training: We do not train our own models on uploads. If a Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor experiment is enabled for a request, the provider may use submitted prompts, screenshots, and generated output to train future Meta models; this option is not zero-data-retention. Requests not routed to that experiment continue through the default provider.
Operational logs, analytics, security tooling, delivery infrastructure, and third-party AI providers may still process limited information as needed to operate the site and return the result.
4. Operational and automatically collected information
Like most websites, we may collect limited operational information such as:
- Browser and device information
- Approximate location inferred from IP address
- Page views, navigation patterns, and aggregate usage metrics
- Basic diagnostic, performance, and abuse-prevention signals
This includes analytics and site operations tooling used to understand site performance, reliability, and general usage trends.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide the requested tool output
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Monitor reliability, performance, and abuse
- Respond to support or legal inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Third-party service providers
We may use third-party providers to deliver hosting, analytics, security, authentication, and AI processing. Clerk provides account authentication and may process account and session information needed to sign you in. These providers may process information as needed to perform their services for us.

We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication and session management, analytics, performance, reliability, and basic preference handling. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some technologies may prevent sign-in or affect site behavior.
If a model comparison is enabled, a signed first-party cookie may keep your browser in the same model group for up to 56 days. The cookie does not contain your screenshots, messages, or account details. Requests indicating a tracking opt-out are not assigned to the comparison.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, legal, security, and support needs. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:
- To service providers acting on our behalf
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, users, systems, or security
- In connection with a business transfer if one occurs

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and in operation. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
